Services Provided

Custom Website Designs, owned by Harry Brooker, agrees to design, build, and manage client websites as outlined in each project agreement.

Service Fees

Website build is $279.99 one-time fee. Optional monthly management service at $29.99/month includes hosting, domain management, and technical upkeep. Payment is due monthly through the agreed payment method (e.g., Stripe or invoice).

Optional Maintenance Services

Clients may request content updates or feature changes for an additional fee. All optional maintenance work will be quoted before completion.

Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for providing accurate business details, images, and any required licensing or content for their website.

Ownership and Access

Upon full payment for design services, clients own their website content. Hosting and maintenance services remain managed by Custom Website Designs for as long as monthly fees are active.

Cancellation Policy

Clients may cancel at any time with 30 days' written notice. Hosting and management services will remain active until the end of the billing period.

Limitation of Liability

Custom Website Designs is not responsible for loss of business, revenue, or data due to downtime or third-party service interruptions.

By proceeding with payment, the client agrees to the terms listed above. This agreement ensures both parties are protected and understand the services being provided.
